Tony Blood started framing houses at 22 and spent the next 15 years working his way up through the trades from laborer to foreman and eventually to the union where he led deck installation for a major company. Tony had his own ideas about quality and was let go right before Christmas. <br>Even so, Blood's Custom Carpentry was up and running before February. A few months in, Tony was rear-ended, and while he was recovering, his son called and said he was coming to work with him. That's where Blood's stands now, a father-son team focused on quality
